We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive Membership & Sales Officer to join our ambitious sports department. You will support the sales and administration for student and non-student sport and fitness membership to help drive customer engagement, commercial growth, and income.

As Membership & Sales Officer you will be responsible for utilising the existing leisure management system to maintain and configure membership products, payments, and customer database. You will also support with membership enquiries and deliver a range of promotional events, facility tours and sales activities. With strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in driving sales and new business, this role is integral to supporting the achievement of our vision for sport.

Responsibilities include utilising the existing leisure management system to maintain and configure membership products, payments, customer database, delivering facility tours and sales calls as well as responding to membership enquiries.

The role holder will be based within the Business Development team at University of Nottingham Sport.

This is a full-time role (36.25 hours), fixed term for 2 years. Arrangements for job share would be considered.
