In this role, we will support you to develop your skills and gain industry recognised qualifications to further your career in Sport. In fact, in your first 6 months with us, you will commit to achieving the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and we will help you to do so, to ensure that you are equipped to fulfil all aspects of the role.
In addition, our team of experts in our Professional Development Department will work with you to find the course, funding or programme you need to help you fulfil your potential and take the opportunities you need to succeed. What you will need to bring is commitment, flexibility, and dedication.
You must be able to work independently as well as in a team and have a passion for customer care and a desire to deliver excellent service. You will support with general facility operations, event set up and delivery, as well as providing safe supervision of customers and lifeguard cover of our 25-meter indoor swimming pool.

We have a number of positions available on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours) working on a shift basis between the hours of 5:30am and 23:15pm 7 days a week. Job share arrangements may be considered.
