Description

The Sports Injury Clinic at the University of Nottingham is looking for a clinic co-ordinator to provide leadership in delivering excellent customer service in our vibrant clinic.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a team delivering clinical services to a diverse group of people with wide ranging physical needs and abilities.

You will be the senior administrator working with a receptionist, a team of clinicians and student clinicians ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic. Your role will support the development and organisation of staff, managing financial and physical resources to optimise productivity as well as developing and implementing process’ to facilitate this. Excellent communication skills are required as well as an ability to influence team members to deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to be comfortable with developing and analysing financial and productivity reports. Attention to detail and meticulous record keeping is required the help ensure the clinic meets all compliance targets. Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment is highly desirable as you will understand the environment and ways of working. You will have leadership skills in developing and mentoring staff motivating them to succeed. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs are essential. You will need to show evidence of the equivalent to a HNC or HND in an area related to customer service, financial or resource management.

This is a permanent, full-time role (36.25 hours). Arrangements for job share would be considered.

The Sports Injury Clinic is situated within the David Ross Sports Village and is at the heart of the award-winning University of Nottingham Sport.
