Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as Athlete Support and Recruitment Officer.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of supporting elite athletes and elite athlete talent pathways across multiple sports both nationally and internationally and significant experience of working in performance sport. With a proven track record of supporting and recruiting elite athletes, you will need to possess a passion for sport, excellent customer service and negotiation skills and experience of performance sport working with key stakeholders such as UK Sport, Sport England and National Governing Bodies of Sport. The successful candidate must possess a degree in a sport or business related subject or equivalent and ideally hold a TALS qualification. Additionally, candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to their working week, noting that evening and weekend work will at times be required. A significant amount of international travel is also forecasted within this role. The successful candidate will need to be prepared to be flexible around this requirement.
This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours are full time (36.25 hours per week).
