Description
The post holder will deliver quality coaching, management, organising, delivering and monitoring of performance to the University of Manchester Men’s Football Club Development team. As we have a one club mentality and an Academy model, the role of Development Team Coach/Manager links to the progress and development of the wider club.
The role of the Development team is to develop players technically, tactically, physically and mentally, so they are ready to make the step up to Reserve & then 1st team level.
We have a clear pathway through our club, from the Development team to the Reserves and then the 1st team. This means our Development team coaches/managers need to be able to communicate effectively with coaches and players in both the 1st and Reserve teams.
