Description
Job Requirements:
• To assist the head coach in delivering structured rugby union coaching sessions to the club members at the University of Liverpool.
• To take a lead on the 2nd or 3rd team (men's club) or the 2nd team (women's club) at training and matches.
• To assist in the recruitment of club members.
• To adhere to BUCS regulations.
• To work alongside the captains, and head coach selecting squads to play.
• To accompany the team on a match day (Wednesday afternoon)
• To assist in the development of the club and players.
Training Monday and Friday evening, with games taking place on a Wednesday.
Location: Wyncote Sports Ground, L18 6HF
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to improving performance and developing rugby union at all levels. You will have experience or empathy of working within a student environment and you will understand the BUCS structures and rules and regulations.
