> Experience of working in a busy sport, leisure, Higher Education environment and/or a healthcare or other clinic environment
> Effective and professional communication skills, with a good level of written and verbal skills and a pleasant courteous manner and experience of communicating with a wide range of customers/clients
> Experience of database administration, user support, and monitoring
> Experience of record-keeping and data management, including confidential data
> Excellent organisational skills and high level of confidentiality
> Proficient in Microsoft 365
> Experience of updating websites and work-related use of social media
> Ability to problem solve and make decisions where necessary
