MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
✍️ Develop and implement an effective coaching program
🎯 Lead training sessions and oversee all coaching activities
💪 Manage and attend BUCS fixtures, ensuring the team is well-prepared and motivated for competition
🗣️ Collaborate with team captains and other coaches for the playing squad selection processes
🦺 Ensure health and safety standards as well as equal opportunities’ framework, are followed
REQUIREMENTS
• Level 2 coaching qualification
• First Aid qualification
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in coaching basketball
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• Ability to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality coaching sessions
• Commitment, passion, and responsibility
• Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one
