We aspire to be a leading institution for performance sport, providing exceptional facilities and coaching to the student-athletes, Franchise players, and local athletes who train and develop at the Sports Park.
The successful candidate will lead the medical support for our Surrey Scorchers basketball franchise and Team Surrey high-performance student athletes. There will be supervisory responsibilities, overseeing the recruitment and coordination of the Sport Therapists and Physiotherapists to ensure that all provision is adequately supported. In addition to the hands-on treatment of our performance athletes, the post holder will treat commercial clients and will be expected to manage their time to achieve targets.
This role is predominately Monday to Friday (with late evenings Tuesdays and Thursdays during the academic year), but there is the expectation that the post holder will assist on weekends on occasion.
