We are the representative body for University College London’s (UCL) students, one of the most diverse student communities in the world. We are one of the largest student-led organisations in the UK. It is a charity with over 48,000 members. We provide opportunities for 300 staff and have an annual turnover of more than £10.5m.
We are looking for a TeamUCL Leagues Assistant to support with the delivery of the TeamUCL Leagues; a Students’ Union UCL’s programme designed to engage students in intramural sport. Working with the Sports Development Coordinator and Sports Administrator, the TeamUCL Leagues Assistant will design and deliver leagues, events and tournaments for students across halls of residences, departments, societies and sports clubs.
The role is a full-time and permanent contract.

Key Requirements
Do you have previous experience of the sport and physical activity sector as a worker or volunteer? Have you got experience of administrative focused work, including maintaining databases and spreadsheets?
The post holder will be there to support with the planning, coordination, and delivery of the TeamUCL Leagues. The successful candidate will attend key league dates throughout the season to ensure quality of offer and be a front-facing member of staff for student teams, venues, and officials. The role holder will also support with the planning and delivery TeamUCL League Events, including the annual TeamUCL League Finals Day & Departmental Societies Sports Day.
