Description
The Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park on Bawtry road requires a customer focused Sports Operations Duty Supervisor to co-ordinate and provide operational support to clubs, teams and all facility bookings using the service. The site is heavily utilised by students, the community, and Academy sports teams.
Although some shifts will be located at the Sheffield Hallam University City Athletics Stadium the primary focus will be at the University’s Sports Park.
You will ensure facilities are set up as required, resolve fixture and facility access issues and undertake a range of activities in line with agreed procedures including cash handling, food safety and health and safety. You will be able to proactively deal with and resolve customer issues. Substantial experience of working within the leisure, sport or facilities industry in a supervisory role is essential.
The position is 37 hours per week covering days, evenings and weekends as a 7 day a week service.
