The Role:
Working in the Sport Development Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our 39 student led sports clubs to enable a diverse club programme to offer to our student population. Working closely and effectively with the sports club committees to ensure activity is safe, delivered to a high standard and in line with Sport Hallam’s values and expectations. We’re looking for someone who is well organised and has the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You will be a confident communicator, building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. We’re looking for someone to motivate and inspire our student clubs to achieve their potential and role model positive behaviours.
This role requires excellent time management, creativity and flexibility with a real love and commitment to student sport and the valuable role it can play.
