Description
We are seeking a reception manager to provide efficient and effective management of the reception area and to develop and coordinate our social media platforms and member communications.
You will be responsible for managing the reception rota, guaranteeing the reception area is always resourced and ensuring the reception team are sufficiently trained and supported within their role, to enable a proactive team culture of excellent customer service. The reception manager will be expected to be a champion of our Leisure Management System (LMS) and will be responsible for successfully managing all front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations. You will work closely with the QMSU communications team and will be responsible for the management and development of our digital platforms and communications in line with the objectives, values and brand guidelines of Qmotion and QMSU.
