Description
The purpose of the role is to programme for a minimum of two sports and assist the Physical Preparation team with the development and delivery of world class Physical Preparation programmes to some of the University's top level Team Performance and development squads.
Your skills and attributes for success:
· The ability to plan & organise high level periosised training programmes for both teams and individual athletes.
· Experience of building and managing coach relationships and basing training programmes on their needs as well as the needs of the athletes
· Ability to work with Physio to plan world class rehab programmes and making them fit into the athletes and facilities timetable
