Newcastle University Student’s Union (NUSU) is looking to hire a Sports Development Coordinator to manage sports participation programmes.
Our fantastic Activities Team facilitate NUSU’s commitment to enabling our students to fully participate in student activities and sport including supporting over 180 Societies and 60 Sports Clubs.
As Sports Development Coordinator you will develop sports participation programmes within Newcastle University Students’ Union, including the development and delivery of schemes and support for Disability Sport and student welfare. You will be responsible for the delivery of Campus Leagues, GIAG Active and Social Sport programmes, recruiting and managing Sports Assistants, developing campaigns to raise awareness of mental health in sport, designing training on relevant issues and reviewing health and safety standards.

Pay and Reward: £26,341 to £27,924 per annum (depending on experience) 25 days holiday plus 4 days at Christmas.
