Description

About the role:

- You will support the Sport Development team in the delivery of our sport and wellbeing offering.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our participation and intramural programme.

- You will manage a team of student sport coordinators who deliver our sessions on the ground and ensure all activity comes within budget.

- The successful candidate must also be able to bring new ideas on how to engage those students and staff at the University who aren’t physically active.

- The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, computer literate, creative and have a can do attitude.

About you:

- To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organisational skills, able to manage a vastly varied workload and a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

- You’ll be a great communicator, a team player and keen to learn new skills in this challenging but rewarding opportunity.

- Candidates must have a knowledge and understanding of the HE sector and previous work within HE sport is desirable.
