Description
We are a student-run adult Trampolining club open to a range of abilities from beginners to former competitive trampolinists. We are looking for a qualified coach to lead sessions, and run their own training programme for our competitive squad and recreational members, starting as soon as possible.
Role:
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions for our squad and recreational members
- Attend all on-bed training
- Help members to set and work towards goals and prepare for competitions
- Work with our vice-captain to organise off-bed conditioning sessions
- Option to attend competitions
Hours:
Sessions are run throughout the university year from October to July.
This role is maternity cover from October to December 2021, with the possibility of an extension to work alongside our current coach upon her return in January. Typically you will be required to attend 4 hours of squad training plus 2 hours of recreational training each week, but this may be subject to change due to the coronavirus pandemic. Times will be discussed to fit in with the coach's availability.
All sessions are held at Lancaster University Sports Centre, Bailrigg, Lancaster, LA1 4YE
Qualifications:
- You must hold a minimum of a level 2 BG qualification in Trampolining.
