East London Sport is now seeking a Head of East London Talent Pathway to lead the unique and innovative East London Talent Pathway (ELTP) project over the next 3 years.
The ELTP is a ground-breaking, multi-sport programme designed to accelerate talented sportswomen and men into national representative squads. It is set to change the lives of hundreds of young people by providing opportunities for the fulfilment of potential. The project will specifically support athletes (13 years+) from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds and people from economically disadvantaged circumstances in East London. The ELTP is funded by Sport England and will see the university working in partnership with a wide range of sports bodies and stakeholders.
