This is a unique opportunity to join the national governing body for higher education (HE) sport on the next step on its digital journey. Our new strategy for 2023 to 2027 has just been launched and we are also recruiting a new CEO to lead the executive to deliver it.
If appointed to this role, you would deliver leadership and strategic direction for all of our digital, data and engagement services. You would design and deliver a Digital and Data Strategy, and implement strategies for sustainable organisational growth, revenue generation and data-driven decision-making, all delivered through wide stakeholder engagement and excellent data management and analysis.
BUCS aims to deliver quality digital platforms and provide excellent data and insight to inform the delivery of organisational strategic objectives and deliver value to our customers, the staff and students or universities and colleges across the UK. If appointed to this role, you would will be responsible for this.
You would also design and deliver a Communication and Engagement Strategy to students, members and the public and play a leading role on the Leadership Team to support and drive the strategic direction of the organisation. You would be responsible for a team of eight other staff and would be based in London, with plenty of flexibility for home and remote working.
We are looking for a highly motivated agile individual, who is an expert in stakeholder engagement and capable of deigning and delivering strategies in the spheres or data, digital and engagement to meet corporate targets for sustained growth. Motivating and developing a dedicated team of staff is also a key skill we are looking for to deliver this role.
