This role is 0.5 FTE (18.5 hours per week)​​​​ ​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​About the Role:
​​​​​​​We are seeking an individual who is able to deliver high quality coaching services and make a significant contribution to the performance programme within Women’s Lacrosse. You will possess an in-depth understand of coaching styles and practical delivery and the needs of performance athletes. You will also have an understanding of student-athlete recruitment and an ability to assist with our recruitment of high performance athletes to NTU both from the U.K. and abroad. You will have experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and a proven track record of delivering results whilst coaching at a high performance level and knowledge of the BUCS competition structures would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be conscientious with good communication, influencing and team working skills. You will need to be adaptable and have a flexible approach to work across the academic year, including the availability to work evenings and weekends where necessary, and also away from the university, both within the U.K. and abroad.
