Summary
Bart’s London Football team are looking for an enthusiastic and talented coach to run the training sessions for the Men’s first team for the upcoming season. With a large number of new players this year we are looking for someone to work with us to help to structure training sessions, give constructive feedback and improve our game performance.
Training Days: Monday 20:40-22:00 at St Paul's Way Secondary School 125 St Paul's Way, London E3 4FT
Job Description
- Plan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability players with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sport
- Build confidence of returning players and keep retention rates up across the year
- Encourage new players and be able to teach those who are new to the sport
- Display good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of Conduct
- Develop the team to be more competitive in their league
- Be passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for players
- Have an understanding of higher education sport
- Focus on improving players technique to prevent injury
- Work with the club committee to achieve the clubs aims and objectives for this year
