Our company is looking for a Fitness Consultant to develop, coordinate and implement our company's fitness policy.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can work with both employees and management to ensure the accessibility of all company fitness and wellness programmes.
The successful candidate will have a background in health education, fitness coaching or physical education and will be responsible for educating members about the importance of fitness and exercise.
Responsibilities:
- Offer advice and recommendations on health and fitness related topics.
- Offer one-on-one consultations regarding nutrition and exercise programs.
- Offer one-on-one consultations regarding physical activity routines.
- Offer group classes to the general public.
- Work with clients to ensure goals are met.
- Develop new groups, special interest classes, or individualized programs.
- Demonstrate exercise routines at health fairs, public events, and at client locations.
