If so, we would love you to join our fitness team based at the David Ross Sports Village and Jubilee Sports Centre on our Nottingham campuses providing health & fitness, wellbeing, and exercise opportunities for our University community.
We are looking for an experienced Health & Fitness professional to join the management team and oversea the day-to-day operations of the fitness facilities, managing, motivating and supervising the fitness instructor team, planning and co-ordinating staffing resources and always ensuring a consistently high-quality service delivery and member experience.
You will lead on the delivery of a culture of excellent customer service and student experience, maximising member engagement and retention via the creation, delivery and monitoring of innovative health and fitness programmes and initiatives aimed at the student, staff and wider communities you will hold a recognised level 2 fitness instructor qualification.

This is a full time (36.25 hours), permanent position and candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to their working hours, noting that the operational hours range between 05.30am and 11.00pm seven days a week. Job share arrangements may be considered.
