STAGE 1 TEAM ENTRY CLOSING DATE Thursday 7th March 2024 Institutions must ensure that teams and a team captain are entered and assigned on BUCS Play by this date.

ENTRY ALLOWANCE Prioritisation of Places Please see the Sport Specific Regulations for guidance on the prioritisation of entry spaces.

This event is a qualifying event for the National Championships. Performance in the event will
determine rankings for the National Championship events. BUCS Points will be awarded after all
National Championship events have taken place.
This competition is also an opportunity for new and developing teams to take part locally in the UTC.

To apply for this competition:

Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here) Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to submit your entry. A Team Captain must be selected as part of the team before entries close. Competitors then need to apply for their respective team. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BUCS PLAY When players register for the event and are assigned to teams, they will be asked to provide the following information: - Forename - Surname - Date of Birth - Gender - ETA Membership Number - Shirt Number*

*Shirt Number can be filled in digitally on the Teamsheet just before the event takes place
