ENTRY ALLOWANCE Prioritisation of Places

Staged Entry Should the competition allow more entries, a Stage 2 Entry window will open. Priority will remain with the entries received before the Stage 1 entry closing date. Entries received in the Stage 2 window and accepted into the competition, will be charged an additional 20% fee.

This event is a qualifying event for the National Championships. Performance in the event will
determine rankings for the National Championship events. BUCS Points will be awarded after all
National Championship events have taken place.
This competition is also an opportunity for new and developing teams to take part locally in the UTC.
Entry Process

To apply for this competition:
Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here) Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to submit your entry. A Team Captain must be selected as part of the team before entries close. Competitors then need to apply for their respective team. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BUCS PLAY When players register for the event and are assigned to teams, they will be asked to provide the following information: - Forename - Surname - Date of Birth - Gender - ETA Membership Number - Shirt Number*
*Shirt Number can be filled in digitally on the Teamsheet just before the event takes place
ETA MEMBERSHIP All participants and clubs are required to have a membership with the ETA to participate in any UTC event. For instructions on how to purchase membership please refer to the UTC Season Information Pack linked above.
