Go onto the Orchard hotel booking page here.

Confirm the number of guests, the check in and check out date (this should be one adult, Tuesday 12 December and Wednesday 13 December) and select 'check availability'. **Please note the code is only applicable for a one night stay as per the date specified.**

Click on the scroll down arrow next to 'special codes or rates'.

Select 'group code', enter the unique group code 'BUCS2023' and click apply.

Select the room you would like to book and enter the guest details as requested.

Make payment via credit card over to complete the booking.
**Please note members must book and pay for their own accommodation directly with the hotel**
