Registration
Registration will open at 10.45am, and close at 11.15am.
Swimmers will be asked to register upon arrival so we can confim heats. Please bring a valid student ID with you.
It is at this stage swimmers should confirm any changes or withdrawals.
Schedule
We aim to get swimming underway by 11.30am once registration is closed. Swimmers will be premitted to warm up once they have registered.
We will begin with heats to determine seeding for finals, and will be offering 'A' & 'B' finals. B Finals will take place before a short break in racing before A Finals and prizegiving take place.
A more detailed schedule will be released in due course.
Timekeeping
This is not a Swim England sanctioned event, nor is electronic timing being used.
We ask that at the event, swimmers ensure someone from their club is available to time them, and to then report these times to the results desk.
Results & Prizegiving
All times and winners will be posted on this page following the event.
As mentioned, heats will take place to determine 'A' & 'B' finalists (numbers permitting). 'A' finalists will be eligible for bronze, silver and gold medals.
Additionally, every heat and final will contibute towards an overall university winner. Points will be assigned as follows;
Heats - 1st = 2 points, all others 1 point
Finals - 1st = 4 points, 2nd = 3 points and so on down to 1 point.
Medals will be presented intermittently throughout the 'A' finals.
