Tournament to follow a group stage format, and final placement games to determine seeding. Timetable to be sent alongside the email
REGISTRATION
Affiliation with BSKA Team entries through BUCS Play with your institution BUCS play player registration will close the Thursday before the tournament Remember to bring student ID cards for each player – players will not be permitted to play them. Please bring the match forms and registration forms which will be emailed to you at least a week before the day of the tournament.
TIMETABLE
- 08:30 am – Arrival and registration
- 08:40 am – Captain and coaches briefing
- 08:50am – Ref meeting and general warm up
- 09:00 am – Games begin
- 17:15 – Games end
- 17:25 - Tournament presentation
- 17:30 – Remove equipment, tidy and leave facility
More detailed fixtures will be sent out closer to the time of the tournament
WITHDRAWALS Team withdrawals after the closure of the registration deadline will result in a fine of £100 PARKING Parking on site is free all day
CHANGING FACILITIES / DISABILITY ACCESS Changing facilities on site Disability access is accomodated
FOOD DRINK There is a Waitrose and a Co-op around a 12 minute walk away. There is also a café on site
PRESENTATIONS Prizes will be given for:

Progression to finals
PROGRESSION TO FINALS
Top 4 will progress to National Championship
5 th – 8 th will progress to National trophy.
9 th – 10 th will progress to National Plate

Players on a team need to wear matching tops with unique numbers clearly visible
