Registration and Team Sheets
Teams should arrive at least one hour in advance of their fixture at the venue.
All team sheets (if not being completed through BUCS Play) must be submitted to Team Durham no later than 1 March.
Equipment
All teams should bring appropriate protective and playing equipment. Any teams playing on 3G should ensure they have appropriate footwear.
If there is an anticipated kit clash, please liaise with your opposition in advance. It is the responsibility of the first listed team ('home') to bring alternative kit if no communication is made with opposition prior.
Match Teas
Match teas are available for all teams at a cost of £3.00 per player.
These can be ordered on the team sheets sent out by Team Durham in advance of the event, and must be returned by 1 March latest (in accordance with the paper team sheet deadline).
Cost
Teams and players will be welcomed on the day without requiring to make payment.
However, a charge of £4.00 per player will be invoiced post-event to all institutions with teams in attendance.
