Held every two years, the Summer World University Games is the next biggest multi sport event after the Olympics Games.

Taking place every two years, the World University Summer Games sees students from around the world come together to compete.

Organised by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) it has 18 sports and over 10,000 participants from over 150 countries. 

The next World University Summer Games is to be held in Chengdu, China in 2021. The games is set to include the following sports:

  • Gymnastics
  • Judo
  • Sailing
  • Shooting
  • Swimming
  • Rowing
  • Table Tennis
  • Taekwondo
