Institutions with a team/individual competing in a BUCS event of an applicable sport discipline that features at European University Championships 2023/2024 or European University Games 2024 can use the following form to confirm their attendance, for events in 2023 or interest in events in 2024, within 7 days of the event completion.

The above are sports that use the domestic BUCS events for qualification, additional sports use the BUCS league and knockout programme. Contact your institution administrator for information about additional sports.
Detailed qualification information can be found in the event entry information and the EUSA competition guide. Qualifiers are those who finish in the top four in a team sports event (sport disciplines that EUSA declare as team sports) or top 2 in an individual sports per category (such as combat sport disciplines, declared by EUSA).
In individual sports with weight categories such as judo/karate/taekwondo the gold/silver per category would qualify with discussions with the National Governing Body on any additional qualifiers.
Teams/athletes are required to confirm attendance within seven working days of the event finishing with BUCS International department with the form below and provide a contact for their Institution sports department.
Financial cost: The financial cost of attendance will be determined by each university who may be able to provide funding to attend this event.
An expected cost of attendance is:

50 EURO, per person EUSA fee [one time cost] + 75 EURO, per person per night, EUSA participation fee.

This cost is inclusive of all accommodation, full board, travel within the country, training venues, competition and ceremonies. The sports of Judo, karate, taekwondo will have exact costs confirmed by the relevant team manager.
