Do members need to pay invoices from BUCS within 30 days?

Yes please. We appreciate that there may be delays while members adapt processes for the current situation and we will be especially supportive and understanding of members at this time. Nevertheless, cashflow is important to BUCS, especially at this time of the year, before affiliation and team entry fees are received in August.

We will be lenient with regard to penalties in this area if members let us know of delays. If you are aware a payment will be late, please let us know at In this case, please let us know when you estimate payment can be made, if possible.

How can members ensure they receive communications from BUCS?

As things change, we will provide updates through our website and email. To ensure you receive email updates, please create or activate your MyBUCS account and whitelist as a sender. If you have any questions about this, please contact
