Gaelic Football League

BUCS are now accepting team entries for Men's Gaelic Football teams for the 2014-15 season. BUCS have worked with the BUGAA to ensure that Gaelic Football will be able to run through BUCScore for the first time, allowing fixtures and results to be displayed through the online portal.
Sport Information
The fixtures and format for the forthcoming season will follow the same competition format used previously by the BUGAA. Fixtures will be scheduled to be played on Saturdays unless there is prior agreement between the two institutions and teams.
Team entries will be collected and fixtures managed through BUCScore.  Team entries will go live on Wednesday 27th August and will close on Thursday 18th September. Please contact your AU Administrator to enter your team.
Rules & Regulations
When participating in BUCS Competitions you must ensure you are aware of the Rules and Regulations to which you are competing. In particular, you should be aware of the following regulations:
BUCS General Regulations – these relate to all sports and are as per the digital BUCS handbook.
BUCS Sports Specific Regulations – The BUGAA will issue supplementary regulatory guidance to all teams in the competition.
Results are input directly into BUCScore by the home team as per General Regulation 9 in the BUCS handbook.  If a result has not been entered please contact your Athletic Union/Sports Office.
Any disputes with results must be made immediately and NOT at the end of the league programme. It is therefore imperative that you regularly check your league to ensure it is correct and up to date.
Contact Details
If you require further information throughout the season you must first contact your Athletic Union/Sports Office. If you require information from the BUCS office please contact Catherine Massie.
