MATCH 1: Loughborough Break BUCS Super Rugby Attendance Figure against Exeter 

In a match that brought a BUCS Super Rugby record attendance of 3,450, the first fixture of round 2 certainly didn't disappoint. Despite Exeter stealing the lead in the second half, Loughborough were sure to give the home crowd a thrilling finish with an 80th minute try to tie the match 17-17.  

MATCH 2: Cardiff Met Paint the City Maroon in the Cardiff Derby 

MATCH 3: London Called, Durham Answered

Friday night saw BUCS Super Rugby travel down to London as Durham hosted Bath at the annual Rosslyn Park fixture. Durham took the occasion in their stride, securing a 22-14 lead in the first half. Despite a strong performance from Bath, including Captain Tom Doughty becoming the number 1 BUCS Super Rugby try-scorer of all time, Durham's lead proved to large to overcome as the game closed 30-24 to Durham. 

MATCH 4: Northumbria Top the Table in a Tight Finisher  

Northumbria was estactic on Friday night as they held off a Hartpury comeback to win 38-35. As both sides displayed their quality, Northumbria held the lead throughout to beat the current Championship title holders. 

MATCH 5: Leeds Beckett vs. Nottingham Trent Cancelled

Due to facility issues the fixture was cancelled. This will be rescheduled in due course.
