Join the Physical Activity, Health and Social Sport Networks

The Physical Activity, Health and Social Sport Networks have been created to provide university staff who work across these fields with the opportunity to receive direct communication from BUCS on specific areas of interest. This could include future network events, case studies, funding, new resources and BUCS Development events as examples.  

If you are interested in attending future network events and would like to be communicated with directly from BUCS on your area (s) of interest please complete the following form 

BUCS Network Events: 

The BUCS network events are currently run by BUCS members and provide university staff who work across Health & Fitness, and Physical Activity with the opportunity to share best practice, discuss future plans and contribute towards the implementation of the Physical Activity & Health strand of the BUCS strategy

Network events are spread out across the academic year. Below is information from previous networks and dates of future networks (if applicable). Further information is available on each event by clicking on the relevant date below. Where possible presentations will be made available from this page after each network event. 

2017-18

22 November 2017 - Birmingham (Health & Fitness Network only)

24 April 2018 - Loughborough (Health & Fitness and Physical Activity Networks)


2016-17

6 December 2016 - University of Nottingham (Health & Fitness and Physical Activity Networks)

4 April 2017 - King's College London (Health & Fitness and Physical Activity Networks)

27 June 2017 - Telford (Health & Fitness Network only)
