Working in partnership with British Gymnastics and Sport England, BUCS Development team has supported the development of a specific offer for higher education Gymnastics.

British Gymnastics is working in partnership with BUCS to create more opportunities for students within Higher Education to participate in gymnastics and trampolining regardless of ability or previous experience.

For the 2018-19 academic year British Gymnastics are looking to increase the number of institutions they are working with on their Student Enrichment Programme. This is the fifth year the Student Enrichment Programme has been running in universities. The aim of the Programme is to widen the offer and give students the opportunity to try out gymnastics and trampolining irrespective of ability .

The dedicated Student Officers at those universities will promote, increase and monitor participation as well as gain access to the 'Gymnastics for All' resources and activities bringing variety to university gymnastics sessions.

Adult Gymnastics British Championships 2018: 25 - 26 August 2018 (Lilleshall NSC)

British Gymnastics 'Adult Gymnastics British Championships' is open to anyone aged 18 and over, regardless of experience or ability, with the opportunity to socialise and compete. Competitors can enter as an individual and as part of a team in Acrobatic, Men's Artistic, Trampoline, Tumbling and Women’s Artistic competitions. The event creates a fun and relaxed atmosphere where competitors can meet like-minded people whilst showcasing their gymnastics skills to one another!
