SportBU are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active team player to help contribute to the performance sport programme at BU. The role will have responsibility for assisting in all administration processes around performance sport fixtures whilst being involved in the performance and development programmes. There will also be opportunities to get involved in the planning and administration of key SportBU events and community initiatives.
This person should be motivated and be able to work in a dynamic and fun team. Due to the diverse workload, excellent organisation skills are vital along with enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to follow instructions. Experience of being involved in a performance sport at BU (or a similar university programme) or working in a sports centre/leisure environment is desirable but not essential.
(Starting salary from £8,985 per annum based on 32 hours per week, Term Time only, 30 weeks) This post is available part-time for 32 hours per week and is a term time only post for 30 weeks per year.
