We have a fantastic opportunity for an highly organised candidate to assist the Capital’s first ever professional women’s wheelchair basketball team, as part of a brand new franchise based within one of the country’s most inclusive, diverse and athlete centered sports performance programs.
The East London Phoenix Franchise is one of the four founding teams of the newly established, world’s first, professional Women’s Premier League. The franchise is also the University of East London’s first sports franchise that that aims to promote and support talent wherever it is found.
UEL are looking for a strong communicator with a drive to get the job done, who will primarily support the operational running of the wheelchair basketball programme as well as the university’s BUCS teams. The Operations Assistant will work as part a multidisciplinary team, including world class elite athlete practitioners, academic staff and the East London Sport team.
