The main purpose of the role being to develop and shape membership engagement within the Delivery Directorate and wider organisation. Sitting within the development team, the staff member will ensure that there are clear opportunities for consultation and feedback across all areas of BUCS strategic delivery and oversee the network of BUCS Governance groups that link the BUCS Executive to the BUCS Membership – including BUCS Advisory Groups, BUCS Regions & Nations, and BUCS Senior Managers Network. The role will lead on the delivery of BUCS AGM & Winter Seminar and work alongside colleagues to internally coordinate the successful delivery of BUCS Conference. The staff member will play an integral role in working across the organisation to improve member communications, regional engagement and overall customer service.
