Sports: Basketball

Teams traditionally play matches every Wednesday. Teams are divided into leagues of 6 with promotion and relegation across all leagues. Leagues are based regionally at the lower levels, becoming more national as teams progress up the pyramid. All teams participate in a knockout cup dependent on their league position (Championship, Trophy, Conference Cup).
