Hope you are looking forward to BUCS 2016 - There have been a few changes this year, so please read through the following briefing for the event.

WHATS NEW IN 2016?
 
DISABILITIES
 
I am very pleased to announce that we are including Disability categories at BUCS 2016, More information is available on the website.
 
 
SUNDAY FINALS - NEW FORMAT
 
We are introducing March On’s for all finalists (top 16 in each group), with all groups competing one routine, this final routine in each group will be from Zero score.
Please be aware that completion attire must be fully adhered to for ALL Sunday March ons, however ladies may wear gymshorts if they match the colour of the leotard.

CHANGES TO BUCS 1 GROUP
 
We have included an additional higher grade called BUCS 1 Elite, following analysis of form and difficulty performed at Bucs 1 competitors last year.
 
BUCS 1 Elite will be eligible for points, BUCS 1 will not.
Please see routines for min/max difficulty.
Both BUCS 1 and BUCS 1 Elite will only compete 3 routines over the 2 day event.
Set & Vol on Saturday, Final Routine on Sunday.

VIDEO CAPTURE
 
All Sunday Final routines will be recorded and uploaded to BUCS YouTube Page shortly after the event.

ENTRIES
 
The entry system is now open, and closing date is: January 28th 2016 at Midnight.
 
The new process for all entries is as follows:
1.     Entries received by BUCS online entry system.
2.     Entry report sent to each club captains email address nominated on entry form,
Only corrections to incorrect groups/names spelt incorrectly/nomination of qualified and unqualified officials.
3.     Send amended report back to shell.quaile@bucs.org.uk
4.     Full Entry report and timetable to be published.
Please be aware that there will be a delay in getting the information out due to the above administration, please try to get the reports back to me as soon as you can as that will speed the process up.
