Final Entry List: At the closing of entries on Thursday 21st May the number of entries received for the Saturday exceeded the places available so not all entries were able to be accepted. Institutions were asked to enter all competitors into the competitor seeding category in order of preference for entry and so we used what information was provided to allocate initial spaces. An intial accepted entry list was published and institutions were requested to check this and advise if any amendments were required by 5pm on Friday 5th June. Any accepted amendments are now reflected in the final entry list below and no further changes of any sort can be made now.

Final Entry List

Target List

Entries which did not meet the qualifying score, were missing a score, did not provide a date their score was shot, or which were shot before the required date have been cut.

Only those persons listed on the Final Entry and Target List can participate and substitutions cannot be made on the day under any circumstances. Students listed on the remaining reserve list may get a chance to shoot if there are dropouts, but there is no guarantee of this.

ArcheryGB membership cards and student ID must be displayed in registration for all archers. Individuals without proof of Archery GB membership on the day will not be permitted to shoot.  Please ensure all dress regulations are adhered to, take note that jeans may not be worn and shoes must enclose the foot. Metal Detectors and Helpers: If your club owns a metal detector, we would be very grateful if you could bring the metal detector with you. A system will be implemented to ensure that all metal detectors are well looked after and that the person in charge of it is accountable for any damage to the metal detector. In order to enable the shoot to run as smoothly as possible the hosts are looking to build a large field party to assist in the running of the day. If you can bring a metal detector or have archers to help with the field party please e-mail: archeryforstudents@hotmail.co.uk

Catering/Clothing: Please ensure that all archers come prepared for the conditions, with equipment for both wet weather and hot weather. There will be a catering service selling hot food throughout the day of shooting, or alternatively competitors can bring a packed lunch. All competitors are advised to bring plenty of water with them to drink throughout the day.  There will not be time to leave the shoot at lunchtime to purchase food from a supermarket.

Camping: There will be camping facilities available for the nights of Friday 12th and Saturday 13th June as per booked at time of entry - see here. Changes to camping space numbers can be requested up until Tuesday 9th June via e-mail from Athletic Union staff only. Fires and barbecues are strictly prohibited.
