The Disciplinary Committee considers all matters constituting or pertaining to any breach of the rules and regulations of the company and shall be empowered to deal as they think fit with institutions, clubs, officials and players in respect of complaints of misconduct or other matters not otherwise specifically provided for in the BUCS Rules and Regulations.
The Disciplinary Committee consists of:
a) A Chair, other than an elected member of Executive Board and who shall be appointed annually at the Annual General Meeting.
b) A panel consisting of student members, each region having two nominated representatives.
Each formal hearing the Committee consists of the Chair and two student members from the panel. The student members so selected shall not be concerned with any sport or any Division that is under consideration, nor have any other interest in the proceedings.
