Upon arrival all players on the team sheet and 3 named officials will receive an accreditation pass. All
players will also receive a BUCS Championships T-shirt.
BUCS has arranged officials.
CHANGING:
Changing facilities will be available but entry will only be to those team members and team staff that are accredited. Please do not leave valuable possessions in the changing rooms as you will not have exclusive use of the facilities.
MEDICAL:
There will be physiotherapists, a doctor and a paramedic on site at all times.

CAPTAINS MEETING
GB Volleyball Performance Programme Manager Kenny Barton will be speaking to teams at the captains meeting on Friday 12 March about GB Volleyball's build up to the London Olympics in 2012 and will be offering coaching tips to the teams. This is a great opportunity for players to gain an insight into what it means to play volleyball for Team GB with the Olympics and Paralympics just 2 years away.
PARKING
There will be very limited parking at the school on Friday 12 March. Please can competitors share cars and where possible use coaches to drop teams off and pick up after the game. Competitors will have to look for parking in the streets around the school if car park becomes full.
ARRIVAL:
Please arrive plenty of time prior to your scheduled start time as all teams will need to accredit before
being allowed to enter restricted zones. Please see the accreditation document attached or visit www.bucs.org.uk/accreditation . Each student needs to bring their BUCS Volleyball Registration card
with them.
SQUAD & KIT
Championship matches will have a five minute general warm up and five minutes shared use of the net.
Match times advertised, other than first games of the day, are indicative only and all matches will follow on
from the conclusion of the previous match. Trophy matches will have a ten minute general warm up, and
ten minutes shared net. Down time on courts is not to be used for warm up or practice by teams.
All Championship matches will be best of three sets with the third set having no ceiling. Trophy matches
will best of five sets, with a fifth set having no ceiling. Teams arriving late for their matches
may be penalised one point per minute.
Teams must provide their own practice balls, for which neither All Saints School nor BUCS can be held responsible. Please make sure that you do not remove balls that do not belong to you. Molten Match balls will be provided. All teams must have matching shirts, numbered front and back as a minimum requirement. This will be strictly enforced.

This may include using your image in photographs, live and pre-recorded footage online, in print and/or television programming to promote BUCS, the BUCS Championships and BUCS event sponsors and funders.
All media and photographers will be accredited by BUCS and will have appropriate identification at the event. If, at the event, you become aware of unaccredited photographers or crews please notify a member of the event team immediately.
