DAVID ROSEN
David was first appointed to the Orienteering SMG in 1994 at the formation of BUSA and was previously involved with the BUSF Orienteering Advisory Committee from 1980.
David is a Grade 1 Controller, Member of Event Standards Committee of BOF and is also Chair of the Rules Commission of the International Orienteering Federation. He was a member of the GB Orienteering Team from 1975-1980.
David attended Oxford University from 1972-75, Imperial College London University from 1975-1979 and the Institute of Education London University from 1979-1980. He twice won the BUSA Individual Orienteering Championship and was twice a member of the wining BUSA Relay Orienteering Championship Team.
David was Captain of Oxford University Orienteering Club, Captain of London University Orienteering Club and Secretary of Oxford University Cross Country Club. He has been Team Manager of the BUSA Orienteering Team at many FISU Championships.
David is a member of South Ribble Orienteering Club and works at Birkbeck College, University of London
LORNA EADES
Lorna was appointed to the Orienteering SMG group in 2000 and has recently taken up the post of senior selector for the GBR orienteering team.
Lorna was an undergraduate at The University of Edinburgh from 1989-1992 (Environmental Chemistry) then a part time PhD student at The University of Edinburgh from 1994-1999. During these times she held various positions on the EUOC committee. She competed in two World student championships (1990, Latvia and 1992, Scotland), won BUSA individual in 1998 and several BUSA relays. She was also a member of the GBR team from 1993-2000 and competed in several World Championships, World Cups, and Nordic Championships.
Lorna is currently an employee of The University of Edinburgh and is a member of Interlopers Orienteering Club.
