Inclusion Board

BUCS has a history of driving forward the inclusion agenda within HE sport, and is now seeking to recruit a number of roles for it's new Inclusion Board to drive activity across the breadth of the inclusion spectrum within Higher Education.

The establishment of the BUCS Inclusion Board will empower BUCS members to lead the direction of our sector’s nationwide inclusion activity, with the committee informing and shaping the focus of activity across Higher Education.

It will be the responsibility of the Inclusion Board to set the priorities for BUCS’ inclusion work across each academic year and strengthen the voice for inclusion in HE sport and physical activity, advocating to key stakeholders regarding activity championed by BUCS and the sector as a whole.

Following the creation of the Inclusion Board in spring 2017, four member networks will be established, with each focusing on one area of inclusion activity:

Disability Sport                          Mental Health

Anti-Social Behaviour             Discrimination

Find out more about how you can be involved in leading these networks and driving this area of activity forwards with universities across the UK.
