I started playing Wheelchair Basketball in 1996, which was when I found a club to play for.
My sporting aspirations are to compete in the Olympics and to create an academy for future sporting talents.
Playing wheelchair basketball has given me the drive to overcome obstacles.
I have faced many challenges and injuries and to overcome these I have went to specialists and took my time to recover.
My institution has helped to include me in sports by allowing me to train with the able bodied basketball team.
My advice to other disabled students playing sports is that sport brings health and gives balance to an academic orientated life.
Achievements so far:
Played for the U21 Spanish team
Became the National League Champion
