  • BUSA Surfing

    To represent the needs of thousands of surfers who are shocked by the new British Airways (BA) ban on the carriage of surfboards (effective from 6th November), the British Surfing Association (BSA) has set up a petition to lobby the airline to reverse their decision. 

  • Netball

    England v South Africa - Thursday 15th November - 5pm - Sky Sports! England’s netballers leave for New Zealand and the World Netball World Championships on 05 November, and a host of England fans are also expected to travel to Auckland to cheer them on.

  • University Sport

    Please note that the deadline for University entries into the British Indoor Rowing Championships in Birmingham on 18 November 2007 has been extended to Friday 1 November 2007

  • BUSA & Barnardo's Working Together

    BUSA and Barnardos have developed a way for your University sport team to raise money for disadvantaged children in your area. With our help you set up a fines system with a list of rules (e.g. if anybody is late for practice they have to pay a £1 fine) and anytime a member of the team breaks the rules they pay a fine. Simple eh?

  • Sailing

    More than 250 student sailors will make the long trip down to Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy for the inaugural Fleet Racing Championship this weekend (3-4 November).

    Two goals from 'Swedish Superstar' Peder Beck-Friis (pictured) and a late strike from Chris Woods saw Edinburgh University edge out Deveronvale in a tense Scottish FA Cup tie, watched by 300 spectators at Peffermill.
