    The BUSA Small Boats Head took place this weekend in Nottingham on what was a beautiful winter’s day.  The East Midlands Amateur Rowing Association in conjunction with Nottingham Boat Club ran a successful event on behalf of BUSA which saw an increase in entries from 75 in 2006 to 135 this year; it also saw the inclusion for the first time of the University of Durham Boat Club.

    The annual race to the overall BUSA champion has begun again with the first set of BUSA points being awarded to all the competitions happening up until the end of November.

  • The 2007 - 2008 Small Boats Head will be divided into two Divisions. Times for each Division will be circulated in Weekly Mailout No 15 - 13/11/2007

    Please note that the deadline for University entries into the British Indoor Rowing Championships in Birmingham on 18 November 2007 has been extended to Friday 1 November 2007

    British Universities Rowing collected a tremendous 16 medals at the 3rd European Universities Rowing Championships held on the Olympic Rowing Course in Banyoles, Spain. Rowing is now the biggest and most competitive of the EUSA sports, with over 300 athletes from over 60 universities participating in what is the “Champions League” for University Rowing.

    British Universities Rowing and the British Universities Sports Association are delighted to announce the Great Britain Universities rowing team selected to defend the EUSA Rowing Salver at the European Universities Rowing Regatta in Girona, Spain, September 6-8.
