The weather is continuing to affect BUCS fixtures this weekend and the latest fixtures to fall victim to the weather are the BUCS Rugby Union men's and women's Trophy finals and the men's Vase final all due to be played Sunday 24th March. 

Adverse weather affecting BUCS events this weekend (Water Polo, Rugby Union, Futsal, Golf & American Football)

Following a successful Molten Ball session at a London BUCS Regional Meeting, Richard Lowy (Sales Director of Molten UK) made a presentation about the technical merits of Molten Balls for elite sportsman and set out new low pricing arrangement exclusively for BUCS members.

BUCS have signed a further three year agreement with Unicorn Products, the UK distributor of Molten Products, as BUCS official ball and equipment supplier. The long term partnership with BUCS will see Molten supply balls and equipment for a range of BUCS sports competitions including basketball, football, futsal, korfball, volleyball and water polo. Molten balls will be used in the Championship finals of each of these sports.

Monday 22nd October saw British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) launch the impact report, ‘Placing Higher Education in the Performance Pathway’ to an audience of performance directors, university directors of sport and FISU officials. The launch of this report took place a mere 15 minutes from the Olympic park at the University of East London in the busy Sports Dock.

Following a proposal from the Scottish Student Sport Water Polo Group the BUCS Sports Advisory Group for Water Polo would like feedback on the proposal from University clubs.
